Complete assays for jebFISH-powered, highly multiplexed in situ visualization of the 3D genome

The PaintScape platform includes complete assays for high-resolution, highly multiplexed direct visualization of the 3D genome in situ on PaintScape instruments. Powerful jebFISH chemistry forms the basis of each kit. While PaintScape genome painting can be performed on human cell lines or fresh frozen tissue, the initial assay kits are designed and optimized for use with human cell lines.

A highly multiplexed panel of specially designed LociPaint oligonucleotides for use in jebFISH genome painting is included with each kit. The ChromoPaint HuCL PanChromo MPX Assay includes a panel of LociPaint oligos for simultaneously painting 419 genomic loci targets across all 23 human chromosomes.

Each assay kit also contains reagents and solutions for sample preparation, hybridization of LociPaint genome painting probes, and imaging and readout reagents—including jebReader readout probes with sophisticated, proprietary barcoding.
